Renée Rainey, MBA, BSN, RN, RRT

Renée Rainey is a seasoned professional with 30+ years of experience in the healthcare industry. She brings a rare dual perspective as both a Registered Nurse and a Registered Respiratory Therapist. Blending hands-on clinical expertise with executive leadership, Renée has navigated the industry as a Nursing Administrator, Educator, and Corporate Clinical Specialist for a major pharmaceutical firm.

As a serial entrepreneur, Renée is the founder of RN On Break, a continuing education platform for registered nurses and The Maayan Experience, an emergency department consulting firm. She is also a continuing education (CE) Provider approved by the California Board of Nursing.

Whether she is consulting or empowering the next generation of nurses, her mission remains the same; elevating the standard of care through experience and education.  

Renée holds an MBA Degree from Centenary University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Thomas Edison State University as well as a degree in Respiratory Therapy from Essex County College.

Committed to continuous growth, she further sharpened her business acumen by earning an Entrepreneurship Specialization Certificate from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Beyond her clinical and academic achievements, Renée is a dedicated advocate for the business community, currently serving as a Leadership Council Member for the National Small Business Association.
